To Our Valued Participants, Families, Volunteers and Supporters,
We thank you for your patience as we try to bring back our programming in this world of what maybe our new normal of living with COVID 19. Because safety is always a priority at Inspire Equine Therapy Program, we are experienced in assessing, establishing and evolving safety protocols in a variety of circumstances. This expertise and agility enabled us to quickly and proactively develop necessary protocols and procedures mitigating the risk of spreading COVID-19 in order to reopen. We swiftly implemented and enhanced disinfecting and cleaning procedures, use of personal protective equipment, physical distancing, and updated our facilities to provide more handwashing stations.
June was very successful with bringing back our independent riders, and our EFL groups during Stage 1 of our COVID 19 Protocol. We are currently closed for July and August due to the summer heat. We are looking forward to welcoming back participants and volunteers the week of September 8th at Stage 2 of our COVID 19 Protocol. For Stage 2 of our COVID 19 Protocol, we will be welcoming back our independent riders, independent drivers, riders who need minimal assistance mounting/dismounting and that only require a spotter.
The following safety protocols are still in place at this time: all participants, family members, and volunteers are required to wear a face mask while on property, maintain social distancing of a minimum of six feet, handwashing at entering and exiting the property along with hand sanitizing while on property and only one family member to accompany the participant.
If your participant is part of Stage 2 you will be receiving another email with more details about starting back. All participants are required to annually fill out registration paperwork with a new doctors signature (insurance and PATH International Standards). Please fill out and return with doctors signature before September 1, 2020.
We thank you for your continued patience as we navigate this new normal world and do our best to keep everyone safe while providing our services.
